• Displays That Fit the Table and the Confines of the Exhibit Space
• Video Equipment That Fits the Table and the Confines of the Exhibit Space
• Signs with General Company Information
• Company Skirting or Table Cover 

Prohibited from Displays (ADS reserves the right to remove prohibited materials from exhibit space):

• Free Standing Floor Displays That Exceed Assigned Exhibit Space
• No floor displays can exceed the 6-foot table width and/or height of 12 feet
• Displays That Obstruct the View of Adjoining Exhibits
• Mechanical, electrical devices, which produce sound that disturbs other exhibitors
• Items that are taped, nailed, tacked, stapled, or otherwise fastened to the permanent structure of the building or fixtures
