! IMPORTANT VENUE INFORMATION !

Floor Protection

Required for: Freight, pallets, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment being used over facility carpet or tile. Floor protection must be provided and installed by the Modern Expo, Events & Exhibits.

Show Site Material Handling / Drayage

Hand-Carried Materials: Exhibitors may carry their own materials in and out of the Colorado Convention Center.
Equipment-Assisted Freight: Materials requiring dollies, forklifts, or other equipment must be handled by IATSE Local 7 labor and arranged through the Modern Expo, Events & Exhibits.
