All exhibitor materials must be removed from the aisleways by the end each day of Exhibitor Move-In.
Materials not removed from the aisleway on time are subject to additional charges and fees.
Exhibitor Move-Out

- 3:00PM-5:00PM
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit space by 5:00 PM.
Outbound freight not removed from the hall by 4:00 PM will be forced out on MEE'S carrier of choice at exhibitor expense.
