All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit space by 9:00 PM. 
Outbound freight not removed from the hall by 8:00 PM will be forced out on MEE'S carrier of choice at exhibitor expense.

  BOOTH EQUIPMENT

Each booth space includes the following:

  • 8' Backwall with Graphics 
  • 3' Sidwall with Graphics – custom graphics included with 20’x8’ booth, upgrade available for 10’x8’ booths
  • 1 - Floor ID Sticker
  • 1 - 30” round, 40” high table with black or white spandex cover
  • 2 - Adjustable height stools (White)
  • 1 - Wastebasket

    Graphics Submissions: Each exhibitor will be sent an invite to a BASECAMP portal. Through his portal you will find your graphics template available for download. 

  SHOW COLORS

Booth Sizes:  10' x 8', 20' x 8'
Booth Walls : Custom Graphics
Each 10' x 8' booth will have the option to Upgrade. Upgrade options can be found by searching upgrade in the "Search Products Bar" . Be sure you select the correct upgrade for your specific booth type.
