<b><font color="#000000">PAYMENT:</font></b><br />
Modern Exposition Services (MES) requires payment in full at the time services are ordered. MES requires that you provide credit card authorization to charge your account for estimated services which may include labor and material handling. Orders for furnishings, electrical, cleaning services, etc. will be processed and charged at the time of order. Orders for estimated services such as material handling and labor will be charged at the time of service.<br />

MES accepts major credit cards as payment for on-line orders: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express<br />
<br />
MES Does not accept checks as payment for on-line orders. MES will accept a business check (no personal checks), drawn in US funds from a US bank for orders submitted via mail. Please call for instructions on payment by check. A minimum $50.00 fee will be charged for each check returned NSF.<br />
<br />
MES accepts Bank Wire Transfer as payment. Exhibitor is responsible for any bank or wire transfer fees charged to MES. Please call for instructions on payment by Bank Wire Transfer.

<br />
<strong>PRE-ORDER PRICES:<br /></strong>
To qualify for pre-order pricing, orders must be received with payment in full on or before the pre-order discount price deadline. <br />
<br />
<strong>DAMAGE / LOSS:</strong><br />
Unless otherwise specified, all items provided are to be considered “rental” items and must be returned to Modern Exposition Services at the conclusion of the event. Client is responsible for any damage or loss to rental items.<br />
<br />
Your on-line order will automatically be charged sales tax. Once you provide appropriate documentation, we will remove sales tax from your invoice and provide a credit, if needed. Please contact our staff for further instruction regarding sales tax.

<b><font color="#000000"><strong>ESTIMATES:</strong>:</font></b><br />
Some Items and Services, such as Labor and Material Handling, are calculated as an estimate only. The actual fee for these services will not be charged until the actual service has been completed. However, a credit card will be required at the time services are ordered in order to process your order and secure Pre-Order Pricing. <b>All estimated costs are subject to change.</b>

<b><font color="#000000">ADJUSTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:</font></b><br />
No adjustments to invoices will be made after the close of the show. Cancellation of service(s) can be made before event installation at no extra fee. Cancellations of service(s) made during event installation prior to actual delivery or installation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation of service(s) made after actual delivery or installation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.<br />
<br />
<b><font color="#000000">COLLECTION FEES:</font></b><br />
All balances must be paid in full prior to the close of the event. A fee equal to 2% per month (24% per annum) will be assessed on any unpaid balance. Client is responsible for any fees, including, but not limited to, collection fees, attorney’s fees and court costs, that may be incurred in the effort to collect any unpaid balance.

<p>This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the manner in which Modern Expo & Events collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from you in connection with the Modern Expo & Events online storefront.</p>

<p>Modern Expo & Events may collect and store information about you and/or your business including your or your business’s name, email address, phone number, mailing address, accounting transaction data, payment or other financial information, aggregate transaction data, customer sales and order information, third-party data, business data, browser data, devices used, technical information about your means of connection to applications, and any other information or data submitted by you or third parties in connection with our Software Services, Storefronts, or other services rendered pursuant to the Agreement (the “Information”).</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Information Use</span></strong></p>
<p>Information collected may be used in connection with or for purposes of providing services to you, your business, and to others, improving services provided to you, your business, or to others, providing notices to you, complying with applicable law, and any other lawful purpose, including protecting the health or safety of you or others, and monitoring and preventing fraudulent or unlawful third-party activity.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Commercial Use of Information</span></strong></p>
<p>Modern Expo & Events will not sell or share the Information with third parties for any commercial purposes without your consent and express agreement. Modern Expo & Events may, however, use the Information in order to share generic, collective, group, or other non-identifying information about the use of Modern Expo & Events’s products and services as part of commercial transactions with third parties to help Modern Expo & Events improve its products and services or for any other lawful purpose.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Third-Party Service Providers</span></strong></p>
<p>Modern Expo & Events may use third-party service providers and vendors to assist Modern Expo & Events in providing its products and services to you and others, including, without limitation, services to host Modern Expo & Events’s Software Services, Storefronts, payment processes, and other services pursuant to the Agreement. Modern Expo & Events may also use third-party service providers and vendors to store Information and other data. Any such third parties would have access to your Information for the limited purpose of assisting, as reasonably necessary, Modern Expo & Events in providing Software Services and other services pursuant to the Agreement.</p>
<p>Modern Expo & Events may disclose your Information as Modern Expo & Events reasonably believes is required by court order, governmental directive, or other law, to protect the rights of Modern Expo & Events, or as otherwise allowed pursuant to the Agreement or applicable law.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Information Protection</span></strong></p>
<p>Modern Expo & Events will retain, protect, and process the Information and underlying or related data using commercially reasonable practices. Although Modern Expo & Events will undertake such efforts to preserve and protect the integrity of the Information, you acknowledge and agree that all security measures have potential risks.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Customer Control of Collected Data</span></strong></p>
<p>You may decline to provide or submit Information to us, however, some of our Software Services, Storefronts, or other services may not be available to you if you choose not to provide or submit Information. You also have a right to access the Information that we hold (about you) upon reasonable written request.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Updates to our Policy</span></strong></p>
<p>By entering into the Agreement or the Acknowledgment or by using our products or services, you consent to the collection and use of your Information by us consistent with this Policy and the Agreement. We may change this Policy from time to time, for any reason. Any such changes become effective when posted.</p>
<p>To the extent that this Policy is inconsistent with applicable law, it is the intent of Modern Expo & Events to comply with applicable law. If there is any conflict between any provision of this Policy and applicable law, such applicable law shall prevail; provided, however, that any such conflicting provision in this Policy shall be curtailed and limited only to the extent necessary to bring it within the legal requirements and the remainder of this Policy shall not be affected thereby.</p>
